When do I start paying?
Only after you’ve approved the complete website and it is ready to launch. We don’t charge a subscription while you are waiting for the first preview or deciding whether to approve it.
How quickly will I see my website?
We confirm an individual preview date once your essential information and production slot are ready. You receive progress updates, and we tell you promptly if anything affects that date.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel at any time. Your website stays live until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then our hosting and management stop. There is no pro-rata refund for the unused part of a paid period.
Do I keep my domain and email?
Yes. You retain ownership and control of your domain and pay your registrar directly. Vorio does not migrate or manage your email. We preserve your email settings when connecting your website.
Can I keep my booking system?
Where supported, we can add a standard link or embed for your existing booking or payment service. Its fees remain your responsibility. Ecommerce and bespoke integrations are outside the service.
How do I ask for changes?
Through your Vorio account. You can queue requests, with one active at a time. Routine changes are intended to be completed within seven working days. Genuine urgent problems with a live website have a separate priority route.
Can I call someone?
Vorio operates through your account and email updates, without phone consultations or live support. Keeping communication clear and asynchronous helps keep the service affordable.
