Information we use
This website does not currently collect account registrations or payments. If you email us, we receive your email address, name and the information you include. Please only send information needed for your enquiry. Our hosting provider may process technical information such as IP address, browser details, requested pages and request times to deliver and secure the website. The illustrative website selector runs locally in your browser.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond to you and, where you ask about buying our service, take steps at your request before entering a contract. We rely on our legitimate interests in answering other business enquiries and operating a secure website for other related processing. We may retain information where necessary to comply with a legal obligation.
Service providers and transfers
Vercel hosts this website and Microsoft 365 provides our business email. These providers process relevant information to deliver their services and may process data outside the UK. Where UK data protection law requires safeguards for a transfer, we rely on applicable adequacy arrangements or approved contractual safeguards. We do not sell personal information or use this website for advertising profiling.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to answer and manage the enquiry and any resulting business relationship. We review information and delete it when it is no longer needed, subject to legal, accounting or dispute-related requirements. Technical logs are held according to the hosting provider’s applicable retention settings. A separate service privacy notice will explain account, payment and customer-website processing before those features collect information.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct or erase your personal information, restrict processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or receive portable data. Contact us using the details above. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
We will update this notice as the website and service change. The date above identifies the current version.
